FULL SERVICE

The investment for using Online Voting Tool is 440 euros excluding VAT. Included are:

• Setup of the voting round and input of the questions/statements with answers
• 1,000 unique voting codes
• 3 (multiple) choice questions/statements
• 30 minutes of support (e.g. for implementing changes, etc.)
• Your own customer portal with:

- Real-time insight into the voting results via the live Dashboard
- You can add and edit questions & answers yourself
- You can also change the status of questions yourself (pending / open / closed), when questions may only be put to a vote during the meeting/alv/election
- You can download a report of the voting results yourself (pdf).

Option 1: Additional questions possible
Additional questions can be added at a rate of 12 euros per question.

Option 2: Weighting factor
Adding a weighting factor for a weighted vote: 188 euros Do you want more than 6 different weighting factors? That is possible, please contact us for the additional cost.

Option 3: Have voting codes sent
Sending invitations to vote to voters by email: 293 euros including 1,000 emails to be sent. If more than 1,000 emails need to be sent, an additional EUR 3.70 will be charged for every 100 additional emails to be sent. NB! We assume that 1 voting code is sent per email address. If there are email addresses that need to receive multiple voting codes, we can take care of this as additional work. A processing agreement is drawn up in connection with the provision of e-mail addresses. We comply with all GDPR regulations. It is also possible to send a reminder to all voters who have not yet cast their vote after some time. This reminder email costs 116 euros including 1,000 emails to be sent. If more than 1,000 emails need to be sent, an additional charge of 3.70 euros will be added for every 100 additional emails to be sent.

All rates are transparent and always once per vote / election. There is no subscription. All amounts are exclusive of VAT.
