You live independently but you still need some help. WMO Maatwerk, the Wmo company of Ipse de Bruggen in the Netherlands, is happy to help with that. WMO Maatwerk provides individual guidance, among other things. This guidance can be short or for a longer period. The goal is for you to be able to live independently, without much professional help.

WMO Maatwerk also uses the Online Voting Tool to allow employees to vote online in a simple way for new representatives in the works council. In this way, WMO Maatwerk gives their employees the opportunity to make their vote known anonymously and easily from anywhere. 

The works council consists of employees of Ipse de Bruggen. They provide advice and help decide how things are going at Ipse de Bruggen. The works council consults with the board and represents all employees. 

It is important that employees can give their opinion. The works council discusses topics such as personnel policy, safety, health, welfare, the environment and the budget. Each member has his or her own specialism. The works council uses this knowledge for good advice and communication. The works council provides advice on new policies and also has the right to agree or disagree with decisions.
