Online Voting for new directors for the Cooperative

The MBO Exam Cooperative was founded in the Netherlands in 2020 to develop generic digital arithmetic exams based on the new arithmetic requirements. All vocational institutions together are the founder and owner of the cooperative. The aim is to achieve high-quality exams that are nationally equivalent and comparable.

The MBO Exams Cooperative has a remote board, but the involvement of the directors is high, because in daily life the directors are directors or directors in the MBO field. The director is accountable to the board of the cooperative.

Control over the cooperative lies with the members, the General Members Meeting makes strategic decisions. Membership is open to all ROCs, AOCs and vocational schools. Each institution has one seat in the AGM. The Cooperative Exams MBO is a certified exam supplier.

The MBO Exams Cooperative has been using the Online Voting Tool since 2021 to easily give their members the opportunity online to make their vote known remotely.
