Social Housing Guarantee Fund (WSW) is the guarantee fund for social housing in the Netherlands. WSW ensures favorable financing for housing corporations through guarantees, at the lowest possible cost. WSW thus helps corporations to build and maintain social rental homes.

The Participants Council of WSW is a representative of the participating corporations. The members of the Participants' Council are appointed by the participants through elections.

WSW has chosen Online Voting Tool to allow the Elections for the Participants' Council to take place completely digitally. All participating corporations also received an email invitation via Online Voting Tool to cast their vote digitally by means of a unique voting code. Voting via Online Voting Tool is also completely anonymous for all participants.
