The Online Stem Tool is also widely used in Belgium. For example, various departments of VSOA were able to vote for the Works Council election via the Online Voting Tool. VSOA is a trade association representing workers in the public sector. Because two languages are spoken within this organization, French and Flemish, the voting website has been made bilingual. This way, everyone can cast his or her vote in a safe and simple way.
